1. Service Agreement
- Services are provided based on customer request and inspection
- Results may vary depending on infestation level and environment
2. Booking & Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices depend on property size and pest type
- Full or partial payment may be required before/after service
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate details about pest issues
- Allow access to the service area
- Follow pre- and post-treatment instructions
5. Safety Disclaimer
- We use approved chemicals, but customers should follow safety guidelines
- Keep children and pets away during treatment as advised
6. No Guaranteed Permanent Results
- Pest control reduces/eliminates pests, but 100% permanent removal is not guaranteed due to environmental factors
7. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least [X hours] before service
- Late cancellations may incur charges
8. Liability Limitation
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damages
